  • Is there parking at the salon? 
    Our Harrogate salon has on-street parking, but it’s limited so we recommend that you either arrive early to secure a spot, or use one of the carparks close by.
  • I’m pregnant, which treatments are suitable for me? 
    At different stages of your pregnancy, different treatments will become available and more desirable for you. Best to call in store and speak to one of our treatment specialists.
  • How early shall I arrive for my treatment? 
    We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. That way we can keep appointments on schedule so you aren’t delayed.
  • What’s the cancellation policy?

  • Do you do any further discounts for students etc?
    Our membership prices are already heavily discounted. No further discounts are available.
  • Can I pay up front for a period of time?
    Sure – Come and see us in the salon to discuss options.
  • Can I pay my membership with cash?
    Membership needs to be paid by Direct Debit, but you can pay on a per treatment basis in cash. You just won’t benefit from our incredible discounts.
  • Will I get a membership card?
    Yes – We’ll need to take a photograph of you on your first visit to put on the card too.
  • Can I get a treatment without a membership?
    Sure – you just wont benefit from our incredible discounts unless you are a member (but our high-street prices are competitive too!)
  • How old do I need to be to be a member or get a treatment?
    You need to be at least 16 years old.

Membership

  • What are the opening hours?
    Opening hours vary by salon, but typically we are open XX to XX XX days a week. Check the salon page for more details.
  • Will the price ever go up?
    It might do, but we have no immediate plans to increase prices. We’ll let you know well in advance if that changes though.
  • Is there a minimum membership term?
    No – We don’t believe in contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit.
  • Can other people use my discount?
    Not unless they are invited to come in with you on a promotion. They can join and benefit from the same discount though!

Payment Information

  • What do I do if my payment fails?
    We may apply a failed collection charged to any failed payments. If you do have a problem paying, please give us a call or pop in and we will try and help.
  • Can I change my bank details?
    Sure – Just give us a call or pop in to change them.
  • When does the first months payment come out of my bank account?
    We will take your first payment by PayPal (which accepts Credit and Debit cards.) Your first payment by Direct Debit date will be shown to you upon joining, as it can vary.
  • Can I change my direct debit date?
    We collect direct debits on 2 days a month. If you need to change your date just give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.

Cancelling Membership

  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel you membership at any time by cancelling your direct debit.

  • How do I get in touch?
    The best way to get in touch is to pop in, but if you’d prefer to email or call, visit the salon details page an you’ll find the contact details for each salon there.

Treatments

  • What wax do you use?
    We offer two types of waxing hot wax and strip wax. Hot wax is for intimate areas and strip is for larger areas.
  • Do I go bottomless during intimate waxing? 
    Yes, we do require each client to remove all bottom half of clothing during an intimate wax to protect your clothes. Let us know if you’re rather we worked around them and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
  • Does threading hurt more than waxing?
    All hair removal techniques feel different to each individual client. There might be a bit of pain, but the result will be well worth it.
  • When is the best time to come for my patch test (if needed)? 
    We recommend you come in at least 48hrs before your treatment. It only takes a few minutes so you can pop in when passing.
  • Do I need a patch test for my treatments? 
    Yes, some specialist treatments will require a patch test at time of booking. Your therapist will inform you if you need one. Please also note that disclaimers are no longer valid in the beauty industry and will not be offered or accepted in the salon.
  • How long do nouveau lashes last? 
    They typically last 2-3 weeks depending on how healthy your natural lashes are and how well you look after them. We’ll give you aftercare advice after your treatment to make sure you get the best from your new lashes.
  • How long should I leave after my tan before showering?
    6-8 hours is the recommended time to ensure a deep tan. However, we offer a quick developing “tonight’s the night” tan that takes 2 hours.
  • What shall I wear for my spray tan ? 
    Loose baggy clothing is best, ideally with flip-flops.
  • I have really bad tension in my neck & shoulders can you work on that area?  
    Yes, all of our treatments can be tailor made to suit you. We can focus on pressure points and tense muscles.
  • I have allergies, shall I notify you when booking? 
    Yes, it’s best to inform your therapist of anything that may prevent/alter your treatment and cause reactions. We offer a consultation with all our treatments to make sure we offer the right solution at the best quality.
  • Do you do couples massage? 
    We can offer multiple treatments for group bookings – these are all in separate rooms.  We don’t offer a double room but there is plenty of space and can offer a relaxing retreat for group bookings.
  • What does a massage involve? 
    A massage includes a consultation – we’ll then be able to determine exactly what you need. You’ll be asked to remove clothing and we’ll use warm oils when massaging the focus areas.
